Would you like to make your own vegan chocolate energy bars and take them on your travels? Would you like to be the star of your hikes with healthy snacks?

In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll learn the fundamentals of vegan baking. Equipped with a wooden spatula and a baking tray, we’ll see how to make Snickers, Bounty and Energy Bars.

After reviewing the types of ingredients needed for vegan baking, we’ll look at assembly techniques, their nutritional value and how to create homemade chocolate delights without compromising on taste.
Skills required: none! This workshop is open to all gourmands.

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can take home the products you’ve made.
