Do you want to turn your kitchen into a sweet playground and conquer the world of creams in style? Do you want to become the king or queen of pastry and amaze your guests at your next dinner party?

This 3-hour workshop will introduce you to the art of basic pastry creams. We’ll create three sweet recipes that will make you an accomplished pastry chef: custard, crème diplomate and crème mousseline. Equipped with precise whisks and expert pans, we’ll unlock the secrets of these preparations to make all your desserts a success.

After reviewing all the ingredients, we’ll tackle the techniques of controlled cooking, balanced proportions and the art of fine whipping. A sweet adventure where every gesture counts. Everyone will leave with their own creams.

Skills required: this workshop is ideal for those wishing to take their pastry skills to the next level. A good understanding of basic pastry skills is recommended!

Price includes all necessary materials, kitchen equipment and raw materials, and muscles in your arms.

Cooking workshops are held in the kitchen of the Centre de Ressources et d’Action Communautaire de la Petite-Patrie (CRACPP), at the corner of Drolet and Bélanger streets. We’ll let you know the exact address once you’ve registered.

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can leave with the products you’ve made.

La disponibilité de Gilles avant tout, son envie de nous partager ses compétences avec beaucoup de générosité, et qu’on reparte en étant confiant de pouvoir le refaire à la maison. Et puis … c’est vraiment délicieux ces crèmes !
